Colorado Trip
Once again we had a wonderful time with family and friends in Colorado! I am always amazed at how many people we can see in just a week, we stayed the night in 4 different cities and on top of that I had work meetings 2 days! Here are a few pictures from our trip.
It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!
Here are a few pictures of our house decorated for Christmas. We decorated Thanksgiving weekend just in time for a big party Saturday night. We had about 25 people over (our largest gathering at our new house!) so I didn't have a lot of time to take pictures.

Thanksgiving
Yesterday Jake came over to do Turkey arts and crafts and spend the night. We had a ton of fun making place cards for Thanksgiving dinner and drawing turkeys. Andy and Kristie were over and after Jake went to bed Kristie and I went grocery shopping and made a few dishes for our feast. We were cooking until after 11:00pm!
Today has been such a great day! We went to my parents' house at 9:00am to start cooking and to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Dinner was at 2:00pm, after clean up and dishes we have been relaxing and hanging out! There isn't a better way to spend Thanksgiving than with the family and friends that we are so thankful for!

Hanging out before the festivities begin!

(do you notice the marker all over his face?)
Here are a couple finished products...Jake lost interest in the cutting and putting the turkeys together, all he wanted to do was to write the names

Autumn 2009
The Saturday before Halloween was a beautiful day! Kirty and I thought it would be a great idea to go to the pumpkin patch...the only problem was that everyone else in the Puyallup/Sumner area had the same idea! We had a great time choosing just the right pumpkins and by the end of the trip our husbands were really getting into it too! When we got home we carved pumpkins, ate the baked seeds and went to out to dinner. What a perfect day with great friends!
